KFHOA Vehicles stolen & broken in

Attention Kincaid Forest Homeowners,

Last night a Toyota Sienna was stolen on Rhonda Place while a second vehicle was broken into.  Please be aware and mindful of any suspicious persons during the holiday season.  Please report suspicious activity to the Leesburg Police Department's non-emergency phone number at 703-771-4500.

Thank you

Please note the following suspicious person announcement by the Loudoun County Police Department.

Suspicious Person Robert Hazard Flier

Fellow KFHOA families:

It has been brought to my attention that several solictors, some very rude, do not possess a Leesburg solictors license.

What are your options?

1. All solicitors require a valid Leesburg Solictors licenses bearing a valid date.

2. KFHOA installed "No Soliciting" signs at the front of the neighborhood to inform Solicitors of our neighborhood policy; however, homeowners are also responsible for placing a small "No Soliciting" sign on their front door.

3. In either #1 or #2 instance, you have the right to contact the Leesburg Police Department's non-emergency number at (703) 771-4500 to report the solicitor.  LPD will ticket the solicitor and remove them from the neighborhood.

LPD has urged us to contact them--don't be afraid to contact them for "minor" incidents.
